In addition, you will be required to attach your invoice file - which will be transferred to us and kept by us in full, as it is ("as is").


4.7 Suppliers and customer representatives. As part of its engagement with its various suppliers and customers, the company may collect and process personal information about the representatives of the supplier/customer (as long as the supplier/customer is a company or other corporation) and/or personal information about the supplier/customer itself (as long as the supplier/customer is a person, such as a freelancer). Information captured by the security cameras scattered in the public areas of the company's offices, for the purpose of maintaining the safety and security of those present. The use of cameras is subject to a separate camera policy which is available for your reference in our offices.


5. Sensitive information


5.1 In accordance with Amendment 13 to the Privacy Protection Law, "sensitive information" includes, among other things: information about a person's origin, his religion, his political views and beliefs, his physical or mental health, his sexual tendencies, his criminal history, genetic information and biometric information, as well as information about a person's behavior on the Internet that enables the creation of a behavioral profile.


5.2 As a general rule, we do not collect sensitive information about you. In cases where it is necessary to collect sensitive information (for example, as part of recruitment procedures), we will ask for your explicit consent for this separately, and we will specify the purpose for which the information is required.


5.3 Sensitive information that is collected will be processed subject to increased security measures and will be kept for the minimum period of time required to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected.

It is clarified that the company has no control over the security of the information at the clearing provider, and therefore the company will not be responsible for any damage or loss, direct or indirect, of any kind that may be caused to you as a result of the clearing.


12. Information security events


12.1 In accordance with Amendment 13 to the Privacy Protection Law and the Privacy Protection (Information Security) Regulations, in the event of an information security incident that may cause a real violation of your privacy, we will notify you of this without delay, insofar as this is required by law.


12.2 Such notice shall include the details of the incident, the type of information disclosed, the actions taken to handle the incident, and recommendations for steps you can take to protect yourself.


12.3 In the appropriate cases, we will also report the security incident to the Privacy Protection Authority, in accordance with the provisions of the law.


13. Duration of saving the information


13.1 As a general rule, we keep your personal information for the period of time necessary to fulfill the goals detailed in this privacy policy or for a longer period of time as permitted and/or required by law. When considering the retention period, the following are taken into account: the nature of the information and its sensitivity, the potential risks from unauthorized use or disclosure, the purposes of the processing, and the possibility of achieving these purposes in other ways, as well as relevant legal requirements.


13.2 Unidentified information will be kept indefinitely (as long as this is not prohibited by law).


13.3 In relation to job candidates - the company will keep the personal information collected for the duration of the selection period and the examination of the candidacy, and even thereafter as required by law or for the protection of the company's legitimate interests, such as defending itself in legal proceedings related to the selection process. Information found in backup files may be saved in accordance with the backup policy of the company and its suppliers. Information about a candidate who has been hired by the company will continue to be kept by us throughout the employment period and even after it, all subject to the separate privacy policy for the company's employees.


13.4 At the end of the retention period, the personal information will be deleted or anonymized in a way that no longer allows identification.


14. Your rights in personal information


In accordance with the Privacy Protection Law and Amendment 13, you have the following rights:


14.1 The right to review - you have the right to request to review the personal information stored about you in the company's databases. We will provide you with the information within 30 days of receiving the request.


14.2 The right to correction - you have the right to request correction of information that is not correct, complete, clear or updated.


14.3 The right to deletion - you have the right to request the deletion of personal information about you, subject to the limitations established by law. We will review your request and inform you of our decision. Deletion will not be possible in cases where it is necessary to keep the information for the purpose of complying with a legal obligation, for the purpose of establishing, exercising or defending legal claims, or for other reasons prescribed by law.


14.4 The right to restriction - You have the right to request to restrict the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances, such as when you dispute the accuracy of the information or when the processing is unlawful.


14.5 The right to object - you have the right to object to the processing of personal information about you based on a legitimate interest, including processing for direct marketing purposes. In case of objection, we will stop processing the personal information unless we have compelling legitimate grounds for the processing or for the establishment, realization or defense of legal claims.
